Rannem App is committed to protecting your privacy and complies with GDPR policies, especially the right to be forgotten. This section explains how you can request the deletion of your data if you no longer wish to use our services.

How to Delete Your Data

There are two ways to request data deletion:

1. Delete Your Account Within the App

If you have access to the app, you can easily delete your account and associated data by following these steps:

• Go to your Profile from the side menu.
• Tap on Delete My Account at the bottom of the page.

This will permanently delete your data from our servers.

2. Request Data Deletion by Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request data deletion by sending an email to our support team:

• Email: info@visioncommunications.org
• Subject: Delete My Data
• Include the email address you used to sign up with Rannem App.

One of our system administrators will assist in permanently deleting your data.
